But since the latest windows update it does not start anymore. The only thing I can say is that since I got Bosporus the game started lagging and it didn't run smooth. I have windows 10 since the beginning and always has worked with it. I have played the game 2.800 hours with the same laptop so nothing changed there.

Uninstalled the game several times, removed all the mods, checked antivirus, run it as adminstrator, fiddled with combatability, checked the laucher-v2, etc etc. There is another Pause indicator on the other side of the Game Speed buttons. The last week I tried everything, what I could find on the forum. Hearts of Iron III runs on turns of one hour each, and can be played very slowly, at a rate of about one game-hour every few seconds, or all the way up to a breathtaking 24 hours in the same amount of time. As the title already explains it, I'm not able to get my game running again.
